Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use our website or book a cleaning with Bella Casa Cleaning. By booking, you agree to them.
Bookings and estimates
Prices shown online are estimates based on the details you provide. If the home's size, condition, or the requested work differs meaningfully from the booking, we will explain the difference and ask for your approval before doing additional work.
Payment
Payment is made through the method selected at booking (Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal). Your appointment is confirmed once payment or the required deposit is received. Invoices are available in your account.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made later than that, or when we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, are subject to the late-cancellation fee shown at booking.
Access, safety, and pets
- Please provide accurate access instructions and ensure utilities (water, electricity) are working.
- Secure valuables, cash, and fragile or sentimental items before your appointment.
- Let us know about pets in advance; please keep aggressive pets secured.
- Our team may decline or stop work in unsafe conditions (for example, biohazards, pests, or hazardous materials).
Satisfaction
If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge.
Damage and claims
We take great care in your home. If you believe something was damaged during a cleaning, report it within 48 hours with photos so we can review it promptly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were improperly installed or secured.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information in your account.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
